Technical Sales Graduate
We are now looking for our next Sales Talent to join Parker Hannifin’s unique EMEA Graduate Program in Norway, starting in September 2026. Our unique two-year EMEA Graduate Program offers an amazing opportunity for you to develop your professionalism in sales and the technical engineering industry, and to learn more about your leadership skills.
Your journey will begin in our Sales Company North organization in Asker, Norway, where you will take your first rotation and start building your path towards a future sales role.
The aim of the program is to support your early career development and help you reach your full potential. While the EMEA Graduate Program includes several rotations, including at least one abroad, our ambition is to prepare you for a long-term position within Parker’s North sales organization in Norway after completing the two-year program.
EMEA Graduate Program
Parker Hannifin's EMEA Graduate program is a two-year journey that will take you through four six-month rotations including at least one abroad. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to discover multiple roles and see how different functions of a global Fortune-listed company operates.
During the journey, you will not only have an opportunity to find your career path but also build up a wide network of people that will become the foundation for your future career development. By seeing different functions, you can expand your expertise that will provide you a platform full of career opportunities.

Learn about business
⭐️ Develop your expertise in Sales, with a focus on high caliber customers, both as direct sales to original equipment manufacturers and through distribution channels
⭐️ Build your experience in Customer Service, learn how to manage pricing processes, logistics and customer relationship management

Understanding the Bigger Picture
⭐️ Learn about Application Engineering, interact with our technical experts to gain knowledge of our technologies and provide the best technical solution to our customers

⭐️ Support in cross-functional projects, for example in the areas of Technology, Sales, Lean, Pricing and Marketing

Are you ready?
We are looking for:
Master’s degree (Graduation in 2026) in Engineering or Commerce with high interest in sales, leadership and technology
Initiative, self-starter approach, and strong communications skills
Desire and drive to be a future leader
Process-driven and organised approach
Fluency in English language, Norwegian language skills is a big plus
Prior experience in project management is a strong advantage
