HR Business Partner
Step into a role that offers you a wide variety of responsibilities. You are supporting Parker Hannifin’s Nordic level HR functions with the main focus being in Sweden. In this role you can find yourself working with compensation & benefits, systems/data, employee lifecycle management, recruitments, developmental projects and administrative HR matters. Please see more below about your responsibilities:
- Key person in compensation & benefits processes (including processes regarding the upcoming EU pay transparency directive)
- Acting as a link between the local HR and financial/payroll department
- Cooperation with suppliers
- Being the go-to person when it comes to system changes related employee data
- Following and developing KPIs
- Updating Parker’s employee policies/handbooks and other possible internal communication related matters
- Employment contract lifecycle management and recruitments
- Full ownership from the HR support point of view of a value added service team unit of 12 people located in Borås
What are we looking for?

Experience:
- Fluent Swedish and English
- At least a few years of HR experience preferably from a HR generalist role
- Good business acumen and familiarity working with different kinds of systems
- Good experience from compensation & benefits (big plus if you have experience from employment laws and collective agreements used in the technology industry in Sweden)
- Experience from working with internal and external stakeholders
- Minimum BA degree from the relevant field (business, HR or similar)
Work personality:
- Ability to work in sometimes hectic environment that combines HR related projects, daily routines and other emerging business needs
- Ability to work independently but also to be a part of a larger Nordic level team
- You are not afraid of change and want to work in a large organization
- You are able to balance between multiple projects and tasks
