About the program:

We are now looking for the next talent to join Parker Hannifin's unique EMEA Graduate program with a focus supply chain. The program starts in the beginning of September 2025 with the first location being in Trollhättan. The program takes two years and includes four six month rotations. One of the rotations is abroad and you have to be able to be mobile during the whole period. During the graduation program you will be employed by Parker Hannifin.

The program will give you an opportunity to be in the frontline seeing how the supply chain operates in a large Fortune level company. During the two year time you will have a platform to develop your professionalism in supply chain, learn more about your leadership skills, find out what kind of positions motivates you the best and discover your full potential.

Must have requirements:

• 2025 Master’s degree with a major towards supply chain management

• Fluency in English, Swedish is a plus

• Ability to be mobile throughout the 2-year program

• Above all, we are looking for the right kind of desire and drive to be a future leader. However, it is beneficial if you already have some industrial engineering experience from working in procurement and purchasing, materials management and planning or experience from cost saving projects

During the program you will work in teams, network with people and cooperate with different functions at Parker Hannifin. Therefore we are looking for a person with great social skills and who wants to work in a multicultural environment.
