Swedish Speaking Sales Specialist

If you recognize yourself from the above, you could be the future Sales Specialist we are looking to join our Visma Sign direct sales team, covering the Swedish market!
What can you expect from the role?
You will be proactively contacting decision makers from companies and engaging in discussions about their agreeing and contract management processes. You will assess the customer's current practices and actively help the customer gain true value from adopting Visma Sign as a part of their processes. You will build, justify, and present solutions and their benefits to the customer, as well as manage the deal to completion. You would be joining a great team, have variety in your working days, and you will have the flexibility to influence your own schedule and way of working. You will receive clear goals and the necessary tools and support to succeed in the role.
What should we be able to expect from you?
In addition to receiving support from your supervisor, team, and the rest of the organisation to achieve your goals, you should be able to proactively manage your time, and organise your ways of working to consistently meet your targets. To succeed in this position, you need to have fluent proficiency in both Swedish and English, as well as a sales-oriented approach. It is a bonus to have experience in direct B2B/SaaS sales and customer-facing roles. However, more important than previous sales experience is a genuine passion for solution-focused selling and working with customers.

The base salary range in this position is estimated to be around 2500-3200 €/month depending on your relevant experience and seniority. On top of this you will receive a monthly sales commission based on your sales results. Your combined monthly on target earnings are around 3800-4500 €. In addition to salary, we offer a wide range of benefits (including personnel fund, sports, culture, massage, dental, bike benefit, extended health care, modern equipment, recreation budget, rewards, company parties, snacks in the office etc). Visma Solutions has offices in Helsinki and Lappeenranta, but you can also work from other Visma offices across Finland or remotely.
