We are now looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead Nordic Pet Care Group cross-cultural Supply Chain organization in Kuopio and in Hasselager (Denmark)
In this key leadership role, you will take responsibility for our global end-to-end supply chain operations, leading an international team of 28 professionals including warehouse operations and supply chain specialists (7 direct fte's). You will play a critical role in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory levels, and driving efficiency throughout our supply chain.
You will report directly to the COO/CFO and work closely with category and purchasing managers, quality and logistics stakeholders, as well as key commercial leaders. You will also be the owner of our S&OP process and ensure we meet ambitious OTIF (on-time in full) and inventory targets. In this role, you’ll need to balance hands-on analytics with leadership, strategic thinking, development of our supply chain models and demonstrate an always-improving mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of our end-to-end global supply chain operations
- Lead and develop a team of 7 direct reports in Kuopio and Hasselager (Supply Chain and Warehouse Managers)
- Manage and develop a global supply chain with complex and long lead times
- Ensure optimal inventory levels and high OTIF through proactive planning and risk management
- Lead and continuously develop our S&OP process and related data models
- Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs, including forecast accuracy, out-of-stock rates and inventory turnover
- Support inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, safety stock planning and campaign execution
- Drive data-based decision-making and ensure accuracy and integrity in master data
- Take ownership of quality-related supply chain risk assessments and support quality improvements
- Foster close collaboration across procurement, commercial, and operations functions

Talent we are looking for
- Strong work experience within FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) business with complex international logistics and tight schedule day-to-day deliveries to major retail clients in the Nordics
- Proven leadership skills and experience
- Deep understanding of international supply chain, inventory control and S&OP
- Excellent understanding of ERP-systems
- Data-driven way of working and advanced level with Excel. Knowledge of PowerBI is considered a plus
- Willingness to be based in Kuopio or alternatively in Hasselager, with regular travel between the locations (approx. 3–4 days/month)
- Fluent English language skills, Finnish or Danish language skills are an advantage
