CeLLife Technologies is a Finnish deep-tech leader specializing in world-class battery diagnostics and measurement technology. CeLLife delivers cutting-edge, AI-powered, scalable battery diagnostic solutions that empower battery manufacturers and recyclers to meet the highest quality standards.
We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead the EMEA sales efforts for our CeLLife Lite EV-module recycling and repurposing solutions. Our clients are industrial-scale recycling companies and automotive OEMs and dealerships. This role puts you at the forefront of delivering deep-tech solutions and diagnostics to the rapidly growing battery recycling and repurposing industry.
The work model for the role is hybrid from Helsinki sales and marketing office with regular travel across EMEA, estimated 100+ days/year.
Key Responsibilities
Drive EMEA sales for CeLLife recycling and repurposing solutions
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and data teams to align solutions with customer needs
Identify and engage potential clients, arrange meetings, and deliver on-site demonstrations
Prepare proposals, secure orders, and lead contract negotiations with risk-aware deal structures
Represent CeLLife at industry exhibitions and events
Provide market insights to shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategies
Requirements
Degree in business or a technical field
Proven track record in B2B technical sales
Experience in recycling, EV batteries, or BESS industry is an advantage
Experience with SaaS business models is a plus
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value
Experience with CRM system is a plus (e.g., HubSpot)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent in English and at least one other European language
