We are now looking for an outgoing and ambitious Sales Manager to lead our sales and sales team in Finland. Your main responsibilities will include:
Sales Team Leadership:
Supervise the sales team in Finland, ensuring both Key Account Managers and Sales Coordinators have the tools, information, and support needed to succeed.Customer responsibility:
You have an important role in growing the current clients as well as finding new potential clients from the Finnish market.Team & Culture:
Play an active role in the Finnish management team by fostering a strong culture, improving ways of working, and ensuring processes run cost-effectively while keeping customer satisfaction high.Information Sharing:
Ensure smooth communication across all departments by providing the necessary information for the order-to-delivery process and guiding development activities to benefit both customers and the sales team.Marketing & Customer Relations
Plan and execute marketing activities, including events and campaigns, with the support of marketing agencies. Meet with existing customers and identify potential new ones, dedicating part of your time to managing your own portfolio of clients.Turnover & Profit:
Ensure company goals for turnover and profit are achieved by creating budgets, monitoring results, and managing follow-ups.Customer Contracts and Pricing:
Negotiate and manage contracts, making sure they are fulfilled while accurately estimating volumes and customer demand. Develop offers and pricelists based on product calculations, working closely with the Operations Manager and supported by the Commercial Director on key pricing decisions.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with solid experience from the Finnish retail sector and the FMCG world, with at least five years of proven success in the retail industry. Fluency in both Finnish and English is essential for this role. Swedish is considered a plus.

This role is located in Vantaa and currently our team is working 4 days a week from the office. The position includes some travelling mostly in Finland but it is rare to have overnight stays. Your travels will be compensated. Compensation is built around base salary with a range being 5000-7000 €/month. Salary revisions are held every year in April. Salary negotiations are to be done between Bama representatives and the selected candidate.

The process includes one online Nawia interview followed by Bama's online interview with Suzanne for top candidates. The final step of the process is a face2face meeting with Suzanne. Also other Bama representatives might join the meetings. Other steps for the top candidates includes a work personality assessment test and reference check. Position starts as soon as possible.
