About the program:

We are now looking for the next talent to join Parker Hannifin's unique EMEA Graduate program with a focus towards Operations. The program starts in the beginning of September 2026 with the first location being in Borås, Sweden. The program takes two years and includes four six month rotations. One of the rotations is abroad and you have to be able to be mobile during the whole period.

The program will give you an opportunity to be in the frontline seeing how different functions are interlinking with operations in a global multinational company. During the two year time you will have a platform to develop your professionalism when it comes to operations, see how a global fortune 250 company operates, learn more about your leadership skills and discover your full potential.

The aim of the program is to support your early career development and help you reach your full potential. While the EMEA Graduate Program includes several rotations, including at least one abroad, our ambition is to prepare you for a long-term position within Parker in Sweden after completing the two-year program.

Must have requirements:

• Master’s degree (for example; industrial engineering, operations, industrial economics, mechanical engineering, hydraulics, production, or automation)

• High interest towards operations and leadership

• Initiative and strong communication skills

• Fluency in Swedish and English

• Ability to be mobile throughout the 2-year program

During the program you will work in teams, network with people and cooperate with different functions at Parker Hannifin. Therefore we are looking for a person with great social skills and who wants to work in a multicultural environment. Adjectives such as curious, positive and agile describes you well and you see opportunities where others might only find obstacles.
