About the program:

We are now looking for our next Sales Talent to join Parker Hannifin’s unique EMEA Graduate Program in Norway, starting in September 2026. Our unique two-year EMEA Graduate Program offers an amazing opportunity for you to develop your professionalism in sales and the technical engineering industry, and to learn more about your leadership skills.

Your journey will begin in our Sales Company North organization in Asker, Norway, where you will take your first rotation and start building your path towards a future sales role.

The aim of the program is to support your early career development and help you reach your full potential. While the EMEA Graduate Program includes several rotations, including at least one abroad, our ambition is to prepare you for a long-term position within Parker’s North sales organization in Norway after completing the two-year program.

Must have requirements:

• Master’s degree (Graduation in 2026) in Engineering or Commerce with high interest in sales, leadership and technology

• Initiative, self-starter approach, and strong communications skills

• Fluency in English language, Norwegian language skills is a big plus

• Ability to be mobile throughout the 2-year program

During the program you will work in teams, network with people and cooperate with different functions at Parker Hannifin. Therefore we are looking for a person with great social skills and who wants to work in a multicultural environment.
