Willingness to travel between the LCS Finland sites as required by the role
As a person, you have a hands-on leadership style and enjoy working closely with people in the production environment. You are solution-oriented and pragmatic, focusing on moving things forward and finding practical ways to improve operations rather than getting stuck on problems.
