We are now looking for a Senior Manager / Director, Cybersecurity and Compliance, UPM Plywood to join us in building the future of UPM Plywood. What you will do

• Own and lead IT risk management, cybersecurity and IT compliance

• Develop and implement IT/Cyber risk management processes

• Act as cybersecurity lead for IT crisis management, threat analysis, and related communication

• Oversee security operations, including monitoring and detection

• Establish governance frameworks and lead security audits to maintain compliance

• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate security into business processes and technology initiatives

Who you are

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field

• Expertise: Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices

• Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, and excellent communication with the ability to influence at all levels

• Experience: Incident response, security architecture, compliance audits and external partner collaboration.
