We are now looking for a Senior Manager / Director, Cybersecurity and Compliance, UPM Plywood to join us in building the future of UPM Plywood. What you will do
Own and lead IT risk management, cybersecurity and IT compliance
Develop and implement IT/Cyber risk management processes
Act as cybersecurity lead for IT crisis management, threat analysis, and related communication
Oversee security operations, including monitoring and detection
Establish governance frameworks and lead security audits to maintain compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate security into business processes and technology initiatives
Who you are
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
Expertise: Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices
Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, and excellent communication with the ability to influence at all levels
Experience: Incident response, security architecture, compliance audits and external partner collaboration.
