Are you an experienced site professional who enjoys leading people, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering technically demanding projects?
Siemens is looking for a Site Manager to join its international project organization and support the delivery of large-scale data center projects in Finland.
In this role, you will help drive site readiness activities and later take ownership of daily site operations during project execution. You will work closely with Siemens project teams, customers, subcontractors, and commissioning teams to ensure safe, efficient, and successful project delivery.

Working model: Hybrid during project preparation; primarily on-site during project execution
Salary: €6,500–8,000 per month, depending on experience
Your responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily on-site activities.
Coordinate subcontractors, commissioning teams, and project stakeholders.
Support the delivery of project objectives, schedules, and quality targets.
Prepare and coordinate site work schedules together with the Project Manager.
Organize site meetings and act as a key point of contact on-site.
Ensure project documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Support project reporting and communicate site progress, risks, and challenges.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.
What we are looking for
You have experience leading site activities for example in industrial, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, data center, or other technically demanding project environments.
You may come from a background in automation, electrical systems, industrial systems, engineering, or other technical disciplines.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

The ability to work independently and as part of diverse teams.
Fluency in English.
Considered an advantage:
Experience from data center or other mission-critical projects.
Experience with automation, control systems, commissioning, or site handover activities.
Understanding of networking and IT systems in technical environments.
Experience working in international project organizations.
Knowledge of Nordic languages.
Proficiency in PXC programming and commissioning.
