Account Manager
We are now looking for an account manager to join our Industrial Solutions Distribution team in Borås or Malmö. In this role you will have an important role in growing Parker's business through distribution channels. You will build and improve relationships with the current distributors and also keep your eyes open for potential new distribution network.

- Build relationships with the current distributor network such as; Dahl, Ahlsell, AMAB, Lundgrens and Zander & Ingeström
- Develop and implement business plans to grow Nordic distribution sales with target accounts
Lead collaborative efforts across the organization to ensure sustainable growth
Manage and encourage cooperation on sales opportunities
Play an active role in shaping Parker's distribution strategies while collaborating with customers and internal teams
Provide market intelligence and feedback on competition, market trends, pricing, and other relevant insights

Experience & talent we are looking for:
- It is beneficial if you have experience from hydraulics/pneumatics and basic understanding of products and services relevant to the role such as; hoses, fittings, pumps, motors, filters, valves and similar
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills towards internal and external stakeholders
- At least a few years of experience from B2B sales, preferably from an industrial environment
- Experience from working/developing current client set (distributor network or end clients)
- Strong prioritization skills based on business needs
- Fluent English and Swedish
- Valid drivers license and ability to visit clients in Sweden + occasional trips abroad
- Experience from distribution clients is considered a plus

Base salary is based on your experience and the final sum will be negotiated with Parker Hannifin being in the annual range of 401700–669500 SEK. On top of that you will be a part of Parker Hannifin's annual incentive program (goal 12,5% of your annual salary).
