We are now looking for a Strategic Account Manager to drive business growth within the big global strategic accounts in Finland.
Strategic Account Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities and deals with new and existing customers, increasing revenue and profitability of Arkance. As part of an EMEA team, you will work in pairs with a Customer Success Manager to ensure covering of the customer lifecycle, in alignment with the strategy of Arkance. We offer a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility in where you work, though occasional office presence is preferred. Arkance's Finland office is in Espoo, and major client headquarters are in the Helsinki metropolitan area. You will spend 30-50% of your time at client sites, so living nearby is ideal.

What’s this role actually like?
🎯Research, identify and create long-term business opportunities within new and existing strategic accounts.
🎯Build trustworthy relationships with clients and apply an outcome based selling approach to understand strategic accounts’ specific needs and provide solutions aligned with their objectives.
🎯Collaborate effectively within the Sales organization and with cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions to strategic accounts. Particularly, work hand-in-hand with the Customer Success Manager in common accounts, coordinating efforts to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
🎯Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

✅Proven track record in solution sales positions facing strategic customers, with a focus on business development and ability to detect business opportunities
✅An outcome based selling approach, oriented to discover customer needs and to positioning as consultative advisor.
✅Ability to think strategically, identifying local market opportunities and designing sales plans, including setting goals and aligning resources accordingly.
✅Strong negotiation skills, ability to generate and close complex deals.
✅Excellent relationship-building skills; at ease to establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders, customers and prospects

Annual on-target earnings: Between 90 000€ - 120 000€, with a base salary of 50 000€ - 72 000€, depending on your seniority and previous experience.
