Do you want to be part of a fast-growing technology company and sell high-quality IoT and smart building solutions to international clients?
Haltian is looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Managers to focus on new business development and client acquisition.
In this role, you will:
✅ Identify and acquire new customers in home markets and in international scale
✅ Sell high-quality IoT and cloud-based solutions that help businesses optimize their operations

✅ Develop your sales career to the next level in a growing world-class sales organization
We are looking for three people to join our team.
- 1) Native English
- 2) Native Swedish, fluent English
Finnish language skills are considered an advantage.
What we are looking for:
✔ 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with with making results in solution selling and new business development
✔ Knows how to use a modern sales tool set (Hubspot, SNav, Cognism, etc) and how to work closely with marketing
✔ Hunter mindset – you enjoy prospecting and closing deals rather than managing existing clients
✔ Ability to handle full sales cycles, from prospecting to deal closing and doing a high-quality handover
✔ Strong business acumen – you understand how decision making processes work in large corporations and can engage in business discussions with IT and Real-estate CxO’s
✔ Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral in business context

Role and Sales Process
🔹 Focus: Full responsibility for new customer acquisition (not account management)
🔹 Target Clients: Mid-sized and large enterprises, especially in corporate office environments, real estate, and industrial sectors
🔹 Sales Cycle: 3–9 months, with initial deal sizes between €50,000–100,000
🔹 Sales Enablement: Supported by marketing, lead generation partners, and technical experts
🔹 Reporting to: Sales leadership, as part of a growing new business team

Compensation & Benefits
- 💰 OTE (On Target Earnings): €5,500+ / month (Base salary 4 000 € + performance-based bonuses)
- First 6 months guaranteed 4700 €
- 🎯 Bonus structure focused on individual performance, supported by company results
- 📍 Work location: Working at the Helsinki office, at the office 3-4 days per week working closely with colleagues.
- ✈ Travel within Finland and the Internationally, depending on customer and event needs
