Haltian is looking for an ambitious and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table. You’ll be joining a two-person marketing team and working in a versatile role covering a broad range of responsibilities.
The preliminary salary range for this position is €4,200–4,800 per month.
In this role, you will:
✅ Design and implement marketing automation workflows, including:
- Lead nurturing programs to support different stages of the customer journey
- Ongoing management and optimization of lead scoring models
✅ Plan, execute, and monitor paid demand generation campaigns, primarily through:
- LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads targeting B2B audiences
✅ Collaborate on organic visibility efforts, supporting SEO initiatives and content visibility across social channels.
✅ Contribute to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and leverage tools such as Clay to personalize outreach and engagement.
✅ Work closely with sales and marketing teams to:
- Align messaging and targeting with defined ICPs and buyer personas
- Build campaigns informed by behavioral and firmographic data
✅ Track performance through analytics tools and translate insights into actionable improvements across campaigns and channels.
✅ Actively contribute to campaign ideation, testing, and execution in a growth-driven marketing environment.

Key Performance Indicators for the role
🎯 Automation system performance metrics, like automation coverage %, nurturing performance and lead enrichment %.
🎯 Lead quality & conversion metrics, such as the number of high-quality SQLs, MQL to SQL rates, MQL to revenue rates.
🎯 Demand generation & capture metrics, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), paid campaign ROMI.
What we are looking for:
✔ Hands-on experience with marketing automation (preferably HubSpot), including lead nurturing and lead scoring
✔ Proven success in B2B demand generation via Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
✔ Understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, and marketing analytics
✔ Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools like Clay is a plus
✔ Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing is an advantage
✔ Strong data literacy and ability to report on performance effectively
✔ A doer mindset with the ability to move fast, experiment, and implement ideas
✔ Comfortable working in a growth-oriented, fast-paced environment with a fail-fast mentality
✔ Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral in business context
