We’re searching for a Technical Lead Consultant to join our growing Google Workspace and IT Ops team. This is an exciting time to come aboard, with significant opportunities in the public sector and large, transformative client projects just around the corner. Your work will directly contribute to shaping the future of how organizations operate.

As a Technical Lead Consultant, you’ll serve as the go-to expert on client projects while managing and executing work across technical and strategic tracks. Here’s what you can expect:

🎯 Own technical leadership

• Take ownership of the technical track for large client projects.

• Lead and manage a technical project team comprising internal and external team members.

• Make architectural recommendations and oversee integrating M365, Entra ID, and other technologies with Google Workspace.

💫 Bridge the big picture & hands-on work

• Manage high-level project strategy while being willing to get hands-on when needed.

• Lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and act as a trusted advisor for senior decision-makers at client organizations.

• Collaborate across functions to deliver the best outcomes for clients.

🤝 Collaborate with public sector & beyond

• Work on transformative projects for public sector organizations, mid-sized municipalities, and wellness areas, while also contributing to projects across various industries.

👍 Drive customer success

• Serve as a senior consultant, confidently engaging with key decision-makers to sell ideas and solutions, gaining client trust, and helping them achieve real benefits through IT transformation.

💰 Competitive compensation and benefits

• We offer you an annual base salary of +60 000€ -->, depending on your seniority and previous experience, as well an uncapped monthly bonus model.

🏡 Flexible hybrid working

• Our office is located in Kalasatama, Helsinki, but you have the flexibility to work wherever suits you best - whether it’s at the office, from home, or even at the end of the dock at your summer cottage. We’d still love to see you at our Helsinki office at least for the on-site days agreed within the team and joint Gapps activities and events!

We’re looking for someone proactive, adaptable, customer-focused, and excited about diving into complex environments.

We would love to see:

✔️ Strong M365 or Google Workspace technical consulting/architecture background, including enterprise security products. 

✔️ High-level understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management) with hands-on integration experience.

✔️ Excellent project management skills—able to lead technical project teams for large, complex environments.

✔️ Experience working with enterprise customers across transformation projects.

✔️ Excellent communication and consulting skills, particularly in customer-facing situations (workshops, presentations, guiding client decisions).

✔️ Fluent Finnish language skills (mandatory for public sector engagements). 

➕ Professional-level English is a plus, as it’s our company language is English.

➕ Public sector or healthcare experience, with an understanding of their unique decision-making processes and environments is a benefit.

➕ Experience with Google Workspace setup and management, including hybrid environments with M365.

➕ Hands-on expertise in Chrome OS, VDI, or virtualization.

➕ Familiarity with smart card authentication.
