As an Application Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping innovative solutions for our Nordic customers. You are working closely with other team members and most importantly our customers to co-create tailored systems and technologies. You are helping our clients from the first ideas to final implementation.

In this role the focus will be on low pressure solutions with technologies like pneumatics and low-pressure connectors for thermal management solutions within applications like data centers, energy storage and power conversion. Collaboration is central to this role, and you’ll be part of a supportive, cross-functional team working together to explore new market opportunities and strengthen existing customer partnerships by building strong relationships and being a trusted partner number 1.

You might have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering field, or you’ve built equivalent expertise through hands-on experience. You're genuinely curious about the Industrial, Marine, or Energy sectors, and eager to explore how technology can solve real-world problems. Collaboration comes naturally to you—you enjoy working in teams, listening to different perspectives, and aiming for shared success.

You’re proactive and organized, comfortable managing your own schedule and taking initiative to drive things forward. Talking to customers feels energizing rather than intimidating, and you're proud to represent your work and your team with a professional, positive mindset. You’re fluent in English and open to communicating across cultures and contexts. Most importantly, you’re a lifelong learner with a technical mindset and a business curiosity that keeps you growing.

You will step into a wide role and learn a lot about global supply chain management. Role itself is wide and nobody is expecting you to be a miracle maker who will complete everything during the first 6 months. Instead you are given time and all the support you need to be the best version of yourself at Parker Hannifin. 

Base salary is based on your experience and the final sum will be negotiated with Parker Hannifin being in the estimate annual range of 420 000-695 000 SEK. On top of that you will be a part of Parker Hannifin's annual incentive program (goal 15% of your annual salary).  

This recruitment is done in cooperation with Parker Hannifin's recruitment partner Nawia Oy.

The recruitment process includes one meeting with Nawia's Jari Auronen or Hannu Pelli followed by 2-3 meetings with Parker Hannifin representatives. Also reference checks and possible work personality assessment are part of the process.
