Finance Graduate
We are now looking for a next talent to join Parker Hannifin's unique EMEA Graduate program in Sweden, starting in September 2025. This is an amazing opportunity for you to develop your professionalism in finance, see how a global Fortune 250 company operates, learn more about your leadership skills, find out what kind of positions motivates you the best and discover your full potential during the two year program.
* Goal of the graduation program is to develop you towards a Controller position with a business focus
EMEA Graduate Program
Parker Hannifin's EMEA Graduate program is a two - year journey that will take you through four six month rotations including at least one abroad. This is a one of a kind opportunity to discover multiple roles and see how different functions of a global Fortune list company operates.
During the journey you will not only have an opportunity to find your career path but also build up a wide network of people that will become the foundation for your future career development. By seeing different functions you can expand your expertise that will provide you a platform full of career opportunities.

Are you ready?
We are looking for:
Master's degree (financial, industrial engineering or management)
Interest of working as a Controller with a business focus in the future
Desire and drive to be a future leader
Willingness to take the stage with good interpersonal and influencing skills
Geographical flexibility to move to any Parker location both during and upon completion of the program
Fluency in English, Swedish is a plus
