Operations Graduate
We are now looking for a next talent to join Parker Hannifin's unique EMEA Graduate program in Sweden, starting in September 2025. This is an amazing opportunity for you to develop your professionalism in operations, see how a global Fortune 250 company operates, learn more about your leadership skills, find out what kind of positions motivates you the best and discover your full potential during the two year program.
EMEA Graduate Program
Parker Hannifin's EMEA Graduate program is a two - year journey that will take you through four six month rotations including at least one abroad. This is a one of a kind opportunity to discover multiple roles and see how different functions of a global Fortune list company operates.
During the journey you will not only have an opportunity to find your career path but also build up a wide network of people that will become the foundation for your future career development. By seeing different functions you can expand your expertise that will provide you a platform full of career opportunities.

Learn about business
⭐️ Get to know Parker's business, working in the Operations function⭐️ Build and develop your expertise in areas such as Production, Supply Chain, Quality, New Product Introduction, EHS & Lean
⭐️ Make decisions in your area of responsibility

Understanding the Bigger Picture
⭐️ Have responsibility for managing your own workload and responding directly to requests
⭐️ Provide a first line of response to queries in your functional area from internal and external contacts -
Collaborate and take responsibility
⭐️ Collaborate with colleagues to identify problems that need resolving and seek to find solutions
⭐️ Support the wider team in each placement and participate in lean and business improvement opportunities including High Performance Teams

Are you ready?
We are looking for:
Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in a relevant discipline, such as industrial economics, mechanical engineering, hydraulics, or automation
Some competence in one or more of the following areas: production management, mechanical engineering, lean, quality or industrial economics
Initiative, self-starter approach, and strong communications skills
Desire and drive to be a future leader
Process-driven, organised and disciplined
Geographical flexibility to move to any Parker location both during and upon completion of the program
Fluency in English & Swedish
