HR Business Partner
Step into a role that offers you a wide variety of responsibilities. You are supporting Parker Hannifin’s Nordic level HR functions with the main focus being in the Swedish markets. In this role you can find yourself working with compensation & benefits, systems/data, employee lifecycle management, recruitments, developmental projects and a lot of administrative HR matters. Please see more below about your responsibilities:
▪️ Key person in compensation & benefits processes (including processes regarding the upcoming EU pay transparency directive)
▪️ Acting as a link between the local HR and financial/payroll department
▪️ Cooperation with suppliers
▪️ Being the go-to person when it comes to system changes related employee data
▪️ Following and developing KPIs together with the managers
▪️ Updating Parker’s employee policies/handbooks and other possible internal communication related matters
▪️ Employment contract lifecycle management and recruitments
▪️ Full ownership from the HR support point of view of a value added service team unit of 12 people located in Borås

What we are looking for?

Experience:
▪️ Fluent Swedish and English
▪️ At least a few years of HR experience preferably from a HR generalist role
▪️ Good business acumen and familiarity working with different kinds of systems
▪️ Good experience from compensation & benefits (big plus if you have experience from employment laws and collective agreements used in the technology industry in Sweden)
▪️ Experience from working with matters regarding employee career development (KPIs etc.)
▪️ Experience from working with internal and external stakeholders
▪️ Minimum BA degree from the relevant field (business, HR or similar)
Work personality:
▪️ Ability to work in sometimes hectic environment that combines HR related projects and adhocs
▪️ Ability to work independently but also to be a part of a larger Nordic level team
▪️ You are not afraid of change and want to work in a large organization
▪️ Instead of only focusing on one topic you want your work to consist of multiple different pieces/functions
▪️ Service minded mentality - you get kicks when you can improve internal functions with a goal to make business better
▪️ You have Can Do! attitude and see opportunities in places where others might only see obstacles

You will step into a team of 12 professionals and learn a lot about HR. Role itself is wide and nobody is expecting you to be a miracle maker who will complete everything during the first 6 months. Instead you are given time and all the support you need to be the best version of yourself at Parker Hannifin.
Base salary is based on your experience and the final sum will be negotiated with Parker Hannifin being in the annual range of 482000-803400 SEK. On top of that you will be a part of Parker Hannifin's annual incentive program (goal 12,5% of your annual salary).
