Engineering
We pursue strategic opportunities that align with our Key Markets and Key Products and services. In close co-operation with our customers R&D we are able to provide High End Solutions from single component to a full system proposal cross different technologies in order to fulfill customer needs including functional usability, safety and compliance with industry regulations.

Commissioning
One of our core competences is being able to take active part with customers in the solution implementation phase. This can involve field measurements, data analyses, tuning and modifications, as well as installation reviews. Everything that helps our customers to speed up product verification and validation processes for serial production.

Training
We act as a Training Hub to our customers, both internal and external. Trainings can vary from products to application functionality, from product usage to Standards and regulations. In some extent we provide focused and customer oriented trainings including material creation. Stand duty on exhibitions as well as lectures are local Universities / Polytechnics are part of the thing we do.

Fault Finding and Technical Support
We help our customers on-site or remotely to identify issues in systems and help them to come into resolution. We give technical assistance on general topics as well as on specific product and/or system related topics.

Your role as a Key Account Manager
Providing Premium Level Customer Experience
In the role of Key Account Manager you literally have a key role (no pun intended) in growing major clients HIAB/Kalmar. You have an important role in providing best possible consultancy and help for these clients in order to ensure that both the short term and long term business plans and needs for these clients are met.
In this role you will face up a lot of project based sales that might vary from a few months to multiple years. You are working closely with internal stakeholders such as RnD, manufacturing, customer service, procurement and sales team to ensure the top level customer satisfaction. You are the go to person for HIAB and Kalmar with commercial responsibility and the person who makes things possible when it comes to short term and long term needs of the key clients. You create business plans together with internal stakeholders to best support the needs of Kalmar & HIAB.
Alongside longer projects your weeks are usually filled with "typical tasks" such as; answering to tenders and creating offers, coordination of projects internally and externally, process development with the sales team & reporting. You are also actively developing aftermarket business.
Role itself is wide and you are not focusing on any certain sector (hydraulics for example) but instead you will work together with Parker team to give the best solutions to HIAB/Kalmar from the full Parker service range. Your "homebase" will be either Borås, Tampere or Vantaa and the role includes travelling usually once in two months (Poland, Sweden, Finland). Due to the nature of the position the role requires customer visits but overall you will build your own schedule to ensure the best way to help HIAB/Kalmar.
What we are seeking for?

Experience
We are looking for a person with some experience from account manager/KAM positions with commercial responsibility and project based sales experience. Big plus if the experience is from industrial sector. Experience from hydraulics and/or electrification is considered a benefit.
You are self-driven and can handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent prioritizing skills. In the best scenario you have some existing networks from the industrial sector or at least you are natural when it comes to creating new connections with people. Language wise you can fully work in English. Swedish or Finnish are considered a plus.

This role is all about creating trust, building relationships and being the go to person internally and externally. In this role you need to have great interaction and communication skills. You are comfortable when it comes to doing client presentations and want to work in a social environment.
You are curious and driven when it comes to growing your clients. Your way to work is not to focus on problems but instead you try to find solutions for challenges. With your actions you create an environment where HIAB/Kalmar continues trusting Parker as their go to partner when it comes to motion and control technologies.

Base salary is based on your experience with a range of 482000-803400 SEK or 48700-81000 € when it comes your annual salary. On top of that you will be a part of Parker Hannifin´s European Sales Incentive Program (amount on average 15 - 25% of your yearly salary). If you do not want to use your own car in travels Parker will offer you a company car.
