Location Supply Chain Manager, Tampere
Location Supply Chain Manager is a key leadership position responsible for managing the local supply chain operations in Tampere site to ensure business performance and driving continuous improvement and transformation in a matrix organization. As Location Supply Chain Manager, you will be part of the local management team and contribute to the ongoing development of the Tampere site. You will work closely with our divisional supply chain leadership and other stakeholders across Europe and globally, ensuring efficient and effective material availability and supply chain processes. You are part of the divisional supply chain organization (The Hydraulic Valve Systems Division Europe is a worldwide leading manufacturer of innovative and competitive hydraulic valves, manifolds, systems and individual motion solutions).

Key responsibilities
Lead and develop the local supply chain team in Tampere site (currently 4 professionals, including procurement and customer service)
Lead and develop daily Supply Chain Operations (procurement, logistics, order handling, inventory management, direct and indirect cost management, inbound logistics)
Monthly planning and forecasting (S&OP process) of supplier performance and fluent material availability ensuring delivery performance and main KPIs (e.g. on-time delivery, DSI)
Drive localization initiatives and support the implementation of new supplier networks
Actively contribute to the site management team and drive cultural and operational transformation
Represent the site in divisional supply chain projects and lead local improvement initiatives

Technical or commercial degree (MSc or BSc)
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience from supply chain, procurement and/or complex manufacturing, ideally in a big global organization
Experience in Lean manufacturing (Kanban, Gemba, PFEP, JIT)
Excellent language skill: English (must have), Finnish (preferred), German (advantage)
You have failed, overcame difficulties, and learned from mistakes
You have experience driving change in a global environment
You can attract, develop, and inspire diverse teams
You are trustworthy, compassionate, daring, adaptable, influential, and inclusive

Base salary is based on your experience and the final sum will be negotiated with Parker Hannifin being in the estimate annual range of xxxx €. On top of that you will be a part of Parker Hannifin's annual incentive program (goal xxx% of your annual salary).
