We have ambitious goals to expand our partner base in these markets, offering our customers more diverse ways to sign using Visma Sign. Therefore we are now looking for a Partner Sales Manager to support our growth in the Nordic countries.










We are looking for Partner Sales Manager to join our Visma Sign team
You will have a key role in expanding Visma's client base in the Nordic countries. Your main focus will be the markets in Sweden or Norway but depending on your skill and language set the responsibilities might expand to other Nordic countries as well.
In sales terms this is a hunter role with a focus towards finding new clients from the markets. After finding new clients your role is to make sure that the clients are satisfied with the Visma Sign signature tool and utilizing it to best practice. You have an important role in following up, nurturing and making sure that the clients under your wings have the right kind of solution that brings the main value for their business. With time the more clients you will get the more the position goes towards nurturing existing clients. However, finding new potential clients will never fully go away and we are looking for a person who enjoys new sales environment.
This is a new role in the Visma Sign team and you will have an exciting opportunity to determine what your path and this role will look like in the future!
What we are looking for?

Experience
We are looking for a person with experience from new sales and growing your client base. You have experience from SaaS sales and are used to taking care of the whole sales lifecycle from prospecting to needs assessment and all the way to providing and presenting the best possible solution for the client. You are fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian.
Pros: Experience from MRR type of sales and from selling to Swedish or Norwegian markets.

You enjoy new sales as well as nurturing clients. You are active and enjoy an independent work environment. Exceeding your sales targets brings you joy and instead of waiting for things to happen and provided to your plate you make them happen.
You are fine with fast sales where the deal is done in matter of days but also have patience for larger deals that might take a lot of time to reach the finish line.

Even though you like to make things happen by yourself working in a team is something that you enjoy. Salary
Our offices are located in Helsinki (Tripla) and Lappeenranta, but you can also work remotely from anywhere in Finland.
Base salary for this position is around 4000 € plus quarterly bonus. Quarterly bonus for this role is being build but the main reward model is build around new client acquisition. The amount of bonus for new clients is depending on the value of the deal.
