Are you our next Sales Specialist?
We are now looking for swedish speaking Sales Specialist to join the Visma Severa team in Helsinki (Our office is in Tripla). The role is focusing on the Swedish markets . In this role your main focus is in new sales. This is a new role in this team. You are actively looking for new potential clients and reaching out to them with a goal to sell Visma Severa product. You are in charge of the whole sales cycle all the way from prospecting and contacting to presenting demos, offers, follow ups and closing the deal. You will be a part of team of 5 sales professionals that works together to achieve their goals! This role includes traveling to Sweden 1–2 times per quarter. For example, you can participate in industry fairs in Sweden.

What we are looking for?

Experience
We are looking for a person with at least some experience from sales. Experience from SaaS sales in considered a plus but the most important factor is the right kind of Can Do sales attitude. You want to succeed in sales and want to pursue your career in B2B SaaS solution sales. Language wise you have fluent Swedish and can communicate in English as well.

Your sales mentality
This is a new sales position. Occasionally there will be some inbound leads coming in but the main focus is in outbound sales. You are not afraid of picking up the phone and calling potential clients and you want to be in an environment where you are in charge of the whole sales cycle. You want to provide solutions and can understand each client's individual needs.

Your personality
Visma is a large company and sometimes decision making takes some time. Therefore if you get easily frustrated when things are not moving at a speed of light this might not be for you. People with following traits when it comes to sales tend to succeed in this role: ability to understand client needs, proactive approach towards work, desire to reach and go beyond targets, systematic approach in handling sales pipeline and mentality where you are not waiting things to happen but instead make it happen.

Base salary: €2800–€3200. The target is €800 in sales per month, resulting in an OTE of €4500 with a €3000 base. There is also potential for higher earnings if sales targets are exceeded.
Typical sales cycle is 6 months.

- 1 - 2 meetings with Visma
- Reference check
- Cold call demo
