We are now looking for a next talent to join Parker Hannifin's unique EMEA Graduate program in Sweden, starting in September 2025. EMEA Graduate Program
Parker Hannifin's EMEA Graduate program is a two - year journey that will take you through four six month rotations including at least one abroad. This is a one of a kind opportunity to discover multiple roles and see how different functions of a global Fortune list company operates.
During the journey you will not only have an opportunity to find your career path but also build up a wide network of people that will become the foundation for your future career development. By seeing different functions you can expand your expertise that will provide you a platform full of career opportunities.

What to expect during your journey at Parker Hannifin?

Learn Business and Supply Chain
⭐️ Get to know Parker’s business, working in Supply Chain
⭐️ Work at Manufacturing Plants, in Divisions, and support specialist functions⭐️ Learn how to generate the preparation and communication of the rolling forecast (S&OP)

Understanding the Bigger Picture
⭐️ Implement, monitor and expand processes to balance on-time delivery and inventories
⭐️ Ensure the management of goods receipts incl. prioritization in order to avoid capacity constraints

Collaboration and teamwork
⭐️ Work in warehousing from goods receipt, to put-away, storage, pick & pack to ship in close collaboration with their Lean teams
⭐️ Familiarize and use the procurement best practices, being actively involved in negotiations with suppliers
⭐️ Take responsibility for your own projects

Are you ready?
We are looking for:
Master's Degree with major towards supply chain
Above all, we are looking for the right kind of desire and drive to be a future leader. However, it is beneficial if you already have some industrial engineering experience from working in procurement and purchasing, materials management and planning or experience from cost saving projects
Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
Geographical flexibility to move to any Parker location both during and upon completion of the program
Fluency in English, Swedish is a plus
