HR Graduate
We are now looking for our next HR Talent to join Parker Hannifin’s unique EMEA Graduate Program in Sweden, starting in September 2026. Our unique two-year EMEA Graduate Program offers an amazing opportunity for you to develop your professionalism in Human Resources within an international technical engineering environment, and to learn more about your own leadership potential.
Your journey will begin in our Sales Company North organization in Borås, Sweden, where you will take your first rotation and start building your path towards a future HR role.
The aim of the program is to support your early career development and help you reach your full potential. While the EMEA Graduate Program includes several rotations, including at least one abroad, our ambition is to prepare you for a long-term HR position within Parker’s North Sales organization in Sweden after completing the two-year program.
EMEA Graduate Program
Parker Hannifin's EMEA Graduate program is a two - year journey that will take you through four six month rotations including at least one abroad. This is a one of a kind opportunity to discover multiple roles and see how different functions of a global Fortune list company operates.
During the journey you will not only have an opportunity to find your career path but also build up a wide network of people that will become the foundation for your future career development. By seeing different functions you can expand your expertise that will provide you a platform full of career opportunities.

Learn about business
⭐️ Build HR expertise through rotations across manufacturing plants, divisional teams, and specialist support functions
⭐️ Build knowledge and experience in areas such as Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HR Systems & Operations

⭐️ Have responsibility for managing your own workload and responding directly to requests

Are you ready?
We are looking for:
Master’s degree (Graduation in 2026) in social sciences, law, or economics with a focus on human resources or comparable studies
Initiative, self-starter approach, and strong communications skills
Desire and drive to be a future leader
Process-driven and organised approach
Fluency in English & Swedish
Prior experience in project management is a strong advantage
