Technical Project Leader, Transportation Platform
As a Technical Project Leader at the Transportation Platform, you will drive projects, provide support and keep your eyes open for new potential project opportunities.
You will be either leading or acting as a support in customer projects with a focus towards secular trends such as electrification. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while working closely with important OEM clients. Acting as a technical project leader, you will serve as one of the primary contacts for customers, building strong relationships, uncovering sales opportunities from ongoing projects, and ensuring successful project execution.
You will support the transportation team and make sure that the projects are going smoothly towards the finish line. The transportation business at Parker is focusing on transportation machines (for example trucks/railway equipment) and the projects are usually around electrification. You will stay on top of the technology wave when it comes to changes in the market and emerging technologies, and share insights with both the team and customers to strengthen Parker's competitive advantage.
By fostering close collaboration with your team members (such as application engineers, account managers, other project leaders) you will further strengthen inter-company relationships and help position Parker as a trusted partner in the transition to new technologies.


What we are looking for?

Experience we are looking for
▪️ At least +2 years of relevant experience from technical sales OR/AND application engineering
▪️Experience from working with large industrial companies
▪️Strong business acumen, you want to be in a position that combines technical expertise with sales
▪️Fluency in English

▪️ Ability to work independently with a curious Can Do! attitude
▪️You can maintain a positive attitude in the face of change and take accountability for delivering on commitments
▪️ Instead of "me" you think about "us" when it comes to your style of working
▪️You can drive multiple projects simultaneously and do not get frustrated when working with projects that might take multiple years to be completed

▪️Previous experience from project leading in fields such as electrification and ePTO
▪️ Fluency in Swedish or German

Base salary is based on your experience and the final sum will be negotiated with Parker Hannifin being in the estimated annual range of 501900 - 836600 SEK. On top of that you will be a part of Parker Hannifin's annual incentive program (goal 12,5% of your annual salary). Other benefits include a company car + other Parker Hannifin employee perks.
