What you’ll be responsible for This is a hands-on, strategic talent role that goes beyond filling roles. You’ll take full ownership of our talent acquisition efforts including hiring for specialized and niche roles across the organization and shape strategies that help us improve every single day.
Acting as a recruitment partner for hiring managers across Europe
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to signing
Ensuring a smooth and human candidate experience
Contributing to talent operations and process improvement
Developing the onboarding processes and organizing the company-wide Introduction days
Partnering with the wider People team on cross-functional projects

You have further developed and streamlined the Talent Acquisition function

This is where the match happens Must-haves
Proven experience in talent acquisition, either as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role with the seniority to manage processes independently and advise stakeholders.
Comfortable working autonomously in your area of expertise, while collaborating closely with colleagues in HR.
Strong prioritization, communication, and project management skills
Comfortable working across multiple countries and time zones
Professional working proficiency in English (our company language)
Data-driven with a passion for analyzing metrics to enhance recruitment strategies and workflows.
Skilled in building strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and a wide range of sourcing methods.
Versatile hiring experience across diverse functions including the ability to scope
and define demanding roles with niche requirements.
We’re looking for someone energetic, who thrives under pressure, keeps up with a fast pace – and knows how to take things in stride without taking them personally.
Nice-to-haves
Experience in fast-scaling tech environments
Experience from a recruitment consultancy or agency environment, where
you’ve learned to specify and deliver hires for highly specialized roles.
Fluency in any additional European language (e.g., Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, German, Spanish)
Practicalities
Location: Helsinki HQ (hybrid work model 3 days a week at the office)
Work permit in Finland: Required
Start date: As soon as possible
Employment: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Base-salary 4500€/month and a performance-based bonus, OTE 5000-6000 e / month
